Terms of Use

01Your account

You need an account to use Recipulse. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). Keep your sign-in details safe — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.

02Premium subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we can’t issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

03Recipes, AI and food safety

Many recipes, meal plans and images in Recipulse are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They can contain mistakes — wrong quantities, missing steps, inaccurate nutrition values or ingredients you can’t eat.

• Always check ingredients against your own allergies, intolerances and dietary needs. Don’t rely on Recipulse to flag allergens.
• Follow safe food-handling practices, including proper cooking temperatures and storage.
• Nutrition information is an estimate for general guidance. It is not medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or follow a medically supervised diet, talk to a qualified professional.
• Generated images are illustrations and may not look like what you cook.

You use recipes at your own discretion and risk.

04Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• use Recipulse to break the law or to create content that is harmful, hateful, sexual or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to get around usage limits, subscription checks or security measures;
• scrape, copy or resell the app’s content or use it to train other models;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• overload, disrupt or attack our systems.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

05Your content

You keep the rights to what you enter into Recipulse. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it so we can run the service for you. Recipes generated for you are yours to cook, share and adapt for personal use.

06Our app and brand

The Recipulse app, website, name, logo and design are owned by Recipulse and protected by law. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

07Changes and availability

We keep improving Recipulse, so features may change, be added or removed. We try to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

08Ending the agreement

You can stop using Recipulse and delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we are required to by law. If we stop offering Recipulse altogether, we’ll give reasonable notice.

09Disclaimers and liability

Recipulse is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties that the app will be error-free or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to Recipulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10Apple

These terms are between you and Recipulse, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also comply with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and the App Store terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be handled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections — including your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Recipulse after that means you accept the updated terms.
